"I bought 3 different color socks and got 3 of the same color. I tried to return them and the return system was cumbersome at best and want to charge me even though I qualified for free shipping. When I tried to return the socks, every color I want ed and ordered was out of stock. I love the socks and am disappointed."

"I have been wearing bamboo socks for many years, as I love the softness. The brand I originally wore seemed to go out of business, so I had to search for a new bamboo sock maker. "I am disappointed in this second set of socks bought recently. I bought gift socks for family which I hope fit but I am disappointed in the ones I got for myself, women’s. The first set I purchased a couple of years ago were roomier and not tight on the leg- which is what I wanted for my swelling ankles. These fit more narrowly and don’t have as much give. I’d like to return them but have worn them."
