We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase for unworn merchandise in its original, unaltered packaging.

Please note: Please note: If you did not add Redo Returns Coverage at checkout, return shipping costs are not refundable and may be deducted from your refund. If you did add Returns Coverage, your return shipping label is covered.

We’ll cover the shipping cost to send your replacement socks back to you.

If your order qualified for free shipping and you’d like to return or exchange your entire order, simply use our contact form. We’ll email you a return shipping label to make the process easy.

Holiday Refund Policy

For the holiday season, items purchased between October 1st and December 25th are eligible for a full refund within 60 days of purchase.

To qualify, your Socksmith merchandise must be unworn and returned in its original, unaltered packaging.
