Q&A

Does everyone with the subscription get the same 2 designs each month or is everyones order more randomized?
Different subscriptions get the same 2 pair monthly. That way we can keep track of what we've sent and make sure we don't duplicate designs that were previously received in past months :)
What if you already have the sock that is shipped? Can you return?
Great question! Subscriptions are always pulled from the latest greatest of a new seasons collection in order to avoid this. In the off chance you receive something that you have already purchased separately, we will happily return them and provide a adequate replacement, no problem.
Is there a chance I’ll get one of the NO BS socks as one or both of my pairs in my monthly subscription? (They’re cool but the traditional stuff are my favs)
Hi there. Great question. NO BS operates as its own brand. It's unlikely we would include NO BS socks within your subscription as the price point is different. Thanks so much!
If I got the month by month subscription when do I get my next pair? I love mine. Also! I ordered on April 30th and it’s now may 4
Hi there. That's a great question! When you place your first ever subscription order the first shipment will usually be sent out within a couple of days. I can see that your's was delivered on May 3 (we hope you like them). Every month after that, we ship our subscriptions on the 15th of each month. So, you should receive your next pairs in the middle of May! Hopefully this makes sense, but if you have questions please reach out to us at store@socksmith.com. Thanks!
Who chooses the socks that you receive?
For our subscriptions, we use a third party plug-in app and right now we have to choose the styles we send out. We may be developing this in the future, so keep an eye out. If you have any more questions - you can email us at marketing@socksmith.com.
