Return Policy

100 Day Guarantee 

If you don't like it AND haven't worn it, we'll take it back.

If you are unsatisfied with your order or merchandise for any reason be it a manufacturer's defect, or simply a change of mind, we offer a 100 day return policy .  Please email us first at store@socksmith.com, this way we know to keep a look out for your return item. Also please be sure to include your name, order number, and order date so we can verify your purchase and look up the order efficiently.

Once we have received your return package, we will refund you the price of the item.  We will not refund you the original shipping cost or the cost of shipping back the return.  All refunds take between 5-7 business day to reflect back on your bank statement.
    
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for any items that have been worn, washed, or removed from the original packaging unless the item is defective (ie. hole in the toe on the first wearing). We are more then happy to accept exchanges for style, or color swaps.
